Egg Muffin Frittatas

I made these today and they were wonderful! A nice addition to change up breakfast. I had mushrooms, tomatoes, kale, and dices onions in my fridge so i threw all that in. I added some about 1/2 TBS sea salt and 1 tsp garlic powder. And I had the whole wheat quinoa left over from dinner the other night so I was excited to find a new use for it.
